Connect the Dots Learning Academy offers a range of educational services, including tutoring, learning space design, homeschooling, homeschooling support, educational products, and educator professional development. All services and products are subject to availability and these terms.

  • All information provided during registration or purchase is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Service Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Enrollment

To enroll in any of our programs or services, you must complete the required registration process and agree to any specific terms related to the chosen service.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Fees for services or products must be paid in full before commencement unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

  • Accepted payment methods include Step Up for Students, Debit/Credit Card.

  • Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.

3.3 Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds for services are subject to our cancellation policy outlined in the specific service agreement.

  • Refunds for products are allowed within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

  • Non-refundable fees include registration fees and customized service fees.

  • Users agree to respect all instructions and policies provided by Connect the Dots Learning Academy.

  • Users shall not misuse or abuse the services or disrupt the learning environment.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring minors’ participation and ensuring compliance with these terms.

All content, materials, and resources provided by Connect the Dots Learning Academy, including but not limited to course materials, logos, and designs, are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
